About

The mission of this website is to deliver evidence based information regarding health and fitness. Majority of the information in the fitness world right now is pretty whack. More often than not, information is either made up to get your money, or it is wrong and not credible. Things are always changing in the fitness world. I may not always be right, but I will always have scientific evidence to back up my information. #ScienceOverEverything #SOE
