We offer monthly packages for personal training. Cost per session decreases as training frequency increases. Each program is designed specifically for YOU and the goals you are looking to achieve whether it be weight loss, sports performance enhancement, increasing strength or endurance, putting on muscle, improving flexibility, etc.

All clients receive a complimentary assessment prior to training. Assessments will be tailored to the individual and the goals they are hoping to achieve. Some aspects of an assessment may include: 

  • Body composition analysis
  • Movement Screen
  • Flexibility/Mobility/Range of Motion
  • Strength & Conditioning Tests
  • Postural Analysis
  • Running or Walking Biomechanics
