I’ve recently started working with Jessica and the results I have seen in such a short period of time are phenomenal! I lost 7 lbs the first week and 5 lbs the next. She really knows her stuff and continues to wow me with her dedication and expertise. Her attention to your biomechanics and form is second to none. She also takes the time to explain things to you if you don’t understand and is always available for questions. Jessica even does charity sessions for people who are in extreme need of some health and wellness help. I’ve had several trainers in the past, but I have to say Jessica is by far the best. She is extremely knowledgeable and actually cares about not only my health and fitness but she cares about my well-being and me as a person. She’s laser focused during our sessions and constantly ensuring that I have appropriate biomechanics and technique. Another thing she does that none of my other trainers ever did is a functional movement screen. After the screen and the corrective exercises she prescribed I’ve been moving better and with less aches and pains than ever in my life! Also, she is very up to date on any and everything related to exercise or fitness as she is always informing me of some fascinating new research she’s discovered. She is committed to her craft and passionate about helping others. Jessica is also dependable and has a fabulous personality and demeanor…i wish I found Jessica 10 years ago. I just can not say enough good things about her. If you are looking for an EXCELLENT trainer with OPTIMAL results, don’t waste your time looking at other trainers. I’ve been working out with Jessica for over three weeks now, she knew I wanted three sessions a week but she knew I was only a pizza delivery man so she works with me on price which is a good value. She has extensive knowledge with her degree. She has an air-conditioned garage where she has all the equipment you’d ever need for a workout. I highly highly highly recommend her, you could go to one of these other thumbtack trainers but you won’t get the value and gyms really can’t compete with her pricing which she outlines for you. She is very communicative and flexible so she can work around your scheduling needs. She goes over diet and very little homework at home because you get everything done throughout your sessions. She’s changing my life. I used to be over 300 pounds January first came and I started Keto then I started working out with Jessica and have lost over 60 pounds in three months. Love, love training with Jess. She was a big part of my rehab after I broke my hip 3 years ago on a horse accident.
We have such a good time but we work very hard. She keeps me focused, motivated and on target. I have been able to accomplish things I never thought I would be able to.
She is very profesional, knowlageble, encuraging and have great listening skills.
Working out on the comfort of my own home works great for me. Can’t say” I am not going to the gym today” because Jess is at my door 3 days per week. Keeps me accountable.

Jessica is a very committed trainer, she follows your progress closely and adjusts the program accordingly. She is very knowledgeable in kinesiology – movement and flexibility and she helped me make great strides in my general fitness and endurance.
